Terms & Conditions of 777kx

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 777kx ("777kx", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming information platform accessible at https://777kx.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on or otherwise using any part of the 777kx Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including users located in Pakistan and in any other jurisdiction where access to the Platform is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 777kx does not claim any authorisation, licence, approval or endorsement from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority.

The following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below when used throughout this Agreement:

Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Registration on and use of the 777kx Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator licence or by the laws of the user's jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

777kx reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals who do not meet the minimum age requirement will be immediately suspended, all associated funds held pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You may only use the Platform if doing so is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify your eligibility before registering. Users who are located in jurisdictions where access to the Platform is prohibited are not eligible to register or use the Services. 777kx reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. 777kx employs automated and manual monitoring to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited and any winnings derived from duplicate account activity voided.

Terms of Use

4.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is provided solely for informational and entertainment purposes. You may access, browse and interact with Platform content exclusively for your own personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, at any time:

• Access or use the Platform in any jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful;
• Use the Platform for any fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or circumvent any security feature of the Platform;
• Use automated scripts, bots, crawlers or similar tools to scrape, harvest or extract data from the Platform without prior written consent;
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, malware or any other harmful material to the Platform;
• Collude with other users to manipulate gaming outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Use VPN, proxy or similar technology to circumvent geo-restrictions or access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Engage in any conduct that would constitute money laundering or terrorist financing;
• Harass, abuse or threaten other users or Platform staff;
• Reproduce, distribute or republish Platform content without express written authorisation.

4.3 Platform Availability

777kx makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available continuously, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or events outside our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime or service interruptions.

Account Rules

5.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, is your sole responsibility. You must notify 777kx support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

5.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in suspension of your Account and forfeiture of any funds or bonuses associated with it.

5.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

777kx applies KYC procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or government-issued photo ID;
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within 90 days;
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the payment method used.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested may result in account restrictions or suspension.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Users may fund their accounts using the payment methods available on the Platform at the time of deposit. Methods available may include, as context references only and without implying their endorsement or participation: mobile money options such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, Raast instant transfers, and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT where available and permitted.

Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing fees are set by the operator and published on the deposits page. All transactions are denominated in PKR or converted at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable. Deposits are generally credited immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification, absence of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected and may range from same-day processing to several business days. 777kx reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

6.3 Prohibited Sources of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited on the Platform originate from legitimate sources. Deposits derived from illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing, are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotions offered through the 777kx Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit) must be staked before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during bonus play, game contribution rates, expiry windows and maximum cashout caps are published on each individual bonus page.

7.3 Abuse of Bonus Offers

Attempts to exploit bonus offers through the use of duplicate accounts, manipulation of game selection to exploit contribution rates, collusion with other users, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion, constitute bonus abuse. 777kx reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically. 777kx is not obligated to provide notice before bonus expiry occurs.

Responsible Gambling

777kx is strongly committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling, whilst entertaining for the majority of adult users, can cause harm for a minority. We support and encourage the use of all available responsible gambling tools, and we require all users to engage with the Platform in a manner that is consistent with their personal financial circumstances and wellbeing.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via their account settings;
• Loss Limits: Users may restrict the maximum amount they can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Users may set time-based limits on gaming sessions;
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform via the responsible gambling section or by contacting support;
• Reality Checks: Users may enable periodic session notifications reminding them of time spent on the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 777kx Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the property of 777kx or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post or transmit any Platform content;
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 777kx;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute a violation of copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777kx, its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or relating to:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in Platform content;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data;
• Loss of winnings or funds arising from technical failures, errors or Platform downtime;
• Any conduct or content of third parties on or connected to the Platform;
• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 777kx support. Before an account can be closed, all pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and any active responsible gambling exclusion periods must have expired. Closing your account does not waive any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by 777kx

777kx reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading account information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested;
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive or criminal activity;
• Suspected bonus abuse or account collusion;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency or court of competent jurisdiction.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any legitimate account balance remaining at the time of termination (excluding voided bonuses and associated winnings) will be processed for return to you via the payment method on record, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or anti-money laundering obligations.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777kx is licensed and registered as an operator, to the extent such laws do not conflict with your mandatory local consumer protection rights.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that gambling is subject to local legislative frameworks including, but not limited to, the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Nothing in these Terms operates to override or supersede applicable mandatory provisions of Pakistani law that cannot be excluded by contract.

Any dispute not resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the competent dispute resolution forum as specified in the operator's licence terms and any applicable consumer protection legislation.

Amendments

777kx reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.1.
